IMDABRAND LLC — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from and use of the IMDABRAND LLC online store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to IMDABRAND LLC. Please review these terms before placing an order.
- OUR PRODUCTS
We sell a combination of ready-to-ship clothing, made-to-order items, and preorder products. Product listings will identify applicable production or preorder timelines. Please review the description, size information, and shipping estimate before purchasing.
We aim to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations in print placement may occur. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use an authorized payment method.
Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown at checkout. Price changes after purchase will not change an accepted order’s price.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains a significant pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud or unauthorized payments.
- PRODUCTION, PREORDERS, AND SHIPPING
Production time and carrier delivery time are separate. Ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and preorder items may have different timelines, as disclosed before purchase.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide updated information, and offer cancellation and a refund as required by applicable law. We will obtain consent to further delays when required.
Please contact shopimdabrand@gmail.com if your package is missing, damaged, or significantly delayed so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
- ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To request an order change or cancellation, email shopimdabrand@gmail.com promptly with your order number.
Our ability to make changes depends on whether production or shipment has begun. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
- RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
Customers must request voluntary returns within 7 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
Eligible voluntary returns receive store credit for use with IMDABRAND LLC rather than a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns, including changes of mind or size preferences.
Please review our separate Return Policy and contact shopimdabrand@gmail.com for return instructions before mailing an item.
The 7-day return window, item-condition requirements, and store-credit policy do not override any legally required refund or other remedy.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact shopimdabrand@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs if possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required by law. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, or it arrived damaged, we will cover any required return shipping.
These issues are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
- DESIGNS AND WEBSITE CONTENT
Original designs, logos, photographs, text, and other protected content on this website belong to IMDABRAND LLC or their respective owners or licensors.
Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission, except where permitted by law. We do not claim exclusive rights to public-domain material.
- WEBSITE USE AND PRIVACY
You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or interference with its security or operation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store.
- YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or business responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Updates apply prospectively and will not retroactively change the terms of an existing order without your agreement, except as required by law.
